This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role at a well-established property owner with one of the most recognisable portfolios in the West End. They’re known for their long-term, thoughtful approach to placemaking, and they’re investing heavily in delivering exceptional customer experience across their assets.
You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role leading a high-performing team responsible for the operational delivery and commercial success of a large and diverse office-led portfolio. This includes c.75 directly managed properties, over 175 office tenants, and high-profile streetscape environments. It’s a role for someone who understands what best-in-class property management looks like—and how to modernise service delivery to reflect evolving occupier expectations.
The focus here is on long-term value creation, not short-term reactive management. You’ll be empowered to reimagine what landlord services should look like, drive process improvement, ensure sustainability is embedded into operations, and act as a senior voice in shaping how the business engages with occupiers and partners across its estate.
We’re looking for someone who combines operational credibility with strategic vision. You’ll need deep office-sector experience, a strong commercial instinct, and proven ability to lead teams in complex environments. Experience managing outsourced and hybrid structures is essential, as is a track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders. If you’ve worked in a consultancy environment or led client-side transformation programmes, even better.
