Job Description
We’re working with a real estate company delivering a high-volume pipeline of characterful refurbishment projects across London. They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple live schemes — mostly residential conversions and heritage refurbs, with a mix of complex layouts and creative finishes.
You’ll be overseeing 10+ live sites at any one time, managing internal and external teams, keeping a close handle on programme, budget and build quality, and helping shape processes as the company continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Lead multiple simultaneous refurb projects (typically £500k–£5m contract value)
-
Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers across each site
-
Review design, scopes of work, and technical plans pre-construction
-
Manage programme, costs, procurement and reporting
-
Ensure strong site quality, compliance and H&S standards
-
Be on site regularly — this is a hands-on role, not one for the laptop-bound
-
Contribute to improvements in process, reporting and delivery standards
What they’re looking for:
-
8+ years’ experience delivering refurbishment or repositioning projects (residential or mixed-use)
-
Confident managing general contractors, consultants and suppliers
-
Comfortable juggling a high number of live jobs
-
Detail-focused and commercially minded — budget ownership is key
-
Strong reporting and communication skills, with a practical, solution-led approach
-
Professional background might include construction project management, cost consultancy or client-side delivery
What’s on offer:
-
A high-activity, real estate delivery role with lots of variety
-
Characterful, often heritage properties — not just box-builds
-
A growing business with room for input and progression
-
Competitive salary depending on experience
-
Long-term role, with potential to take on more strategic responsibility as the business grows
If you’re a capable and hands-on project manager looking for your next challenge — we’d love to tell you more.
