Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Portfolio Management: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of retail assets, including shopping centres and high street properties.

• Leasing & Renewals: Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews to ensure favourable terms and maximise rental income.

• Performance Optimisation: Implement strategies to improve property performance, from overseeing refurbishments and marketing campaigns to optimising tenant mixes.

• Financial Management: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring retail properties achieve their full potential.
