We’re working with a renowned real estate investor with a prestigious retail-led portfolio in central London. As they continue to invest in the future of their estate and the experience they deliver to occupiers and visitors, they’re looking to appoint a senior leader to shape and drive the evolution of their retail property management function.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to future-proof a legacy asset base and define how retail property services are delivered in some of London’s most iconic destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the property management strategy for a retail-focused estate, ensuring service excellence across all assets

• Manage and develop a high-performing internal and outsourced team

• Champion innovation, ESG, and customer experience to ensure the estate remains best-in-class

• Work collaboratively with asset managers, leasing teams, and development stakeholders

• Foster strong relationships with premium occupiers and oversee the delivery of tailored, high-touch service

• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve processes, reporting, and service delivery

About You

• A confident and collaborative leader with experience managing high-value retail or mixed-use portfolios

• Excellent understanding of the operational and commercial challenges of managing luxury and destination retail assets

• Track record of managing teams and third-party providers in a complex stakeholder environment

• Strong appreciation of customer service, sustainability, and innovation in real estate operations

• Comfortable working at pace, influencing board-level decisions and setting strategic direction
