Job Description

Constable Green is partnering with a market-leading specialist brokerage and advisory in the search for an Associate Director to join its expanding Dental team in London. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on growing business in one of the UK’s most competitive and lucrative healthcare markets. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key territory and work across the full transaction lifecycle, from market mapping and origination through to negotiation and completion, while playing a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the London dental sector. This is a highly autonomous role for a commercially driven individual who thrives in relationship-led, deal-based environments.

Location

London (Blackfriars) – initially office-based 4-5 days per week, with flexibility once fully embedded. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy for the London and South East dental market.
  • Identify, engage and nurture relationships with dental practice owners, buyers and sector stakeholders.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and valuation discussions through to negotiation and deal completion.
  • Produce market insight and analysis to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the business at dental and healthcare industry events to grow brand presence and referral networks.
  • Work closely with internal valuation, marketing and compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

About You

  • Minimum three years’ experience selling operational or trading businesses, or within brokerage, healthcare, professional services or advisory environments.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales or transactions within the Dental, or Healthcare real estate space.
  • A confident, credible communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to assess opportunities and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a target-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
  • An understanding of the UK dental or healthcare market is highly advantageous.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across London and surrounding areas.
