Job Description

We're working with a leading pan-European investor in healthcare real estate, with a UK portfolio exceeding 100 assets and a total European portfolio valued at over £6bn. Following a period of continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their UK team with the addition of an Asset Manager.

This is a broad, hands-on role with exposure to asset management, investment activity, and capital projects. You’ll be joining a small, high-impact UK team and will work closely with colleagues across Europe, gaining insight into the full lifecycle of a fast-growing and specialist asset class.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of healthcare assets across the UK

• Identify and deliver value-enhancing initiatives

• Support on acquisitions and disposals, working closely with the investment team

• Contribute to capex planning, refurbishment projects and asset repositioning

• Collaborate with operators and consultants to optimise performance and compliance

• Provide analysis, reporting, and market insight to support strategic decisions

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in real estate (investment, asset management, or advisory)

• MRICS-qualified or on the pathway (not essential)

• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness

• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a lean, dynamic team

• Prior healthcare/later living experience is not required – curiosity and ambition are more important
