Community & Operations Manager


A unique opportunity to shape resident experience, leasing, and property operations in a growing shared living environment.

We’re partnering with a growing property business that’s rethinking the way people live together in cities. Their model blends high-quality shared housing with a focus on community, comfort, and a more human rental experience.

They’re now looking for someone to take the lead on the ground in London—someone who’s passionate about people, operationally sharp, and excited by the challenge of building something meaningful from the inside out.

The role covers three key areas:

1. Resident Experience & Community

  • Be the first point of contact and trusted support for residents across multiple homes

  • Help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where people feel welcome

  • Organise events and initiatives that build community

  • Monitor resident feedback and help drive improvements across the board

2. Leasing & Sales

  • Manage room enquiries from initial interest through to signed agreement

  • Host virtual and in-person tours with potential residents

  • Follow up with leads and support them through the decision-making process

  • Keep a close eye on occupancy and work towards leasing targets

3. Property Operations

  • Log and follow up on maintenance issues using internal systems

  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely resolutions

  • Conduct regular visits to ensure homes are well-presented and running smoothly

  • Support the onboarding of new properties as the portfolio expands

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves working with people and creating a great customer experience

  • Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple responsibilities

  • Brings energy, warmth, and initiative to their work

  • Has some experience in property, hospitality, community management, or a similar people-focused role

  • Is based in London and happy to be regularly out and about visiting homes
