Job Description

A fast-growing residential platform is looking to hire a Project Manager to support the delivery of refurbishment and repositioning projects across London.

This role sits within a small, entrepreneurial team responsible for acquiring and transforming existing buildings into high quality residential accommodation.

Projects are typically between £500k- £5 million and involve heavy refurbishment, repositioning and conversion of existing assets, including large residential buildings and office-to-residential schemes. 

You will work closely with the development and construction team, managing projects from early design through to delivery and handover.

The Role

  • Support the setup and delivery of refurbishment and repositioning projects

  • Assist with project budgeting, programming and contractor procurement

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors during the design and construction stages

  • Carry out regular site visits across London

  • Monitor project progress, costs and timelines

  • Support project completion, snagging and handover

The Profile

  • 2–5 years experience in construction project management

  • Experience working on site and managing contractors

  • Exposure to refurbishment, conversions or repositioning projects

  • Background in residential, hospitality or mixed-use

  • Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment

  • Strong organisation and budget awareness

  • Knowledge of UK construction processes and regulations
