A specialist valuation team is looking to hire a Surveyor into a small, senior-led group working across some of the most commercially interesting assets in the market.

The work focuses on trading and going-concern valuations including petrol filling stations, convenience retail, garden centres and wider leisure assets, alongside a balanced mix of bank and corporate clients. Instructions include secured lending, portfolio valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and occasional investment work, offering genuine variety.

This is a high-trust, low-hierarchy environment. You will work closely with senior decision-makers and have real autonomy over your work. Training is provided, and candidates from non-trade valuation backgrounds are welcomed.
