An opportunity to join one a long-established and highly respected West End investment firm during a transformational period of strategic expansion and market scaling. With over two decades of proven market leadership, this distinguished West End practice has earned its reputation as a formidable force in the investment sector. The firm has built deep connections across the London and national markets with a focus on residential and mixed-use Investment and Development

As part of its expansion and restructure the business is looking to hire a Senior Investment Agent (up to Director level) and an additional experienced Investment agent who can drive transaction flow and build the next generation of the platform.

This is a pivotal moment to join an expanding firm during its ambitious scaling up and rebranding and be part of a major west end investment team.


The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investment sales and acquisitions, working directly with developers, private investors, family offices and institutional buyers.

The role is suited to energetic, commercially minded brokers / agents who enjoy the fast pace of off-market deals, can spot opportunities and have the drive to originate and close transactions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, reporting directly to senior leadership as the business strengthens and scales its investment sales function.
