The Opportunity
A market-leading real-estate advisory firm, with a long track record in the operational property sectors, is seeking a Junior Business Agent to join its specialist Care team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting the sale and acquisition of care-related businesses across the UK.
The role offers exposure to the full life-cycle of a transaction — from business generation and marketing through to viewings, compliance and deal management — and provides an excellent platform for developing a career in agency.
Key Responsibilities
-
Act as a first point of contact for applicants: handling calls, emails and registrations, ensuring they receive relevant opportunities.
-
Support colleagues with pitching for new instructions, including research, list-building and preparing marketing materials.
-
Assist with business generation initiatives, campaigns and events.
-
Arrange and accompany property viewings, manage offers and help progress transactions through to completion.
-
Ensure compliance documentation is in order for both buyers and sellers.
-
Liaise with the wider team including brokers, directors, marketing and IT to support a smooth client experience.
About You
-
Minimum of two years’ experience in property sales or another client-facing environment.
-
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a professional phone manner.
-
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-
Basic understanding of property transactions and ideally some exposure to estate agency or commercial property.
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
-
Full UK driving licence.
Personal Attributes
-
A collaborative team-player with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
-
Meticulous in organisation and attention to detail.
-
Comfortable prioritising workload and working to deadlines.
-
Adaptable and positive in responding to change.
