Team leadership | Operational delivery | Lettings strategy

We’re supporting a growing UK rental housing platform in their search for a Head of Lettings. With a portfolio spanning over 50 locations and thousands of homes in the pipeline, this is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of the lettings journey – from lead generation to move-in.

The business operates in the single-family rental (SFR) market, with a blend of digital tools, strong site-based teams, and a focus on service-led renting. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for leading a 20-strong team across enquiry management, viewings, tenancy progression, and property marketing.

This is a strategic and delivery-focused position – suited to someone with experience managing scale and pace, who enjoys improving processes and motivating teams, and is confident presenting results up to senior leadership and investors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the entire lettings function across a large and growing regional portfolio

• Managing teams across initial enquiries, viewings, tenancy progression and marketing

• Working closely with operations, asset, and marketing teams to drive performance

• Owning and reporting on lettings KPIs, unit-level performance, and site trends

• Shaping lettings strategy to meet lease-up targets and investor expectations

• Bringing creativity and commercial acumen to ensure delivery across varied markets

What we’re looking for:

• Lettings leadership experience in residential, PRS/BTR, or consultancy environments

• Strong operational grasp – confident managing volume and driving outcomes

• A track record of building or developing high-performing teams

• Comfortable working with data and reporting to senior stakeholders or investors
