A specialist property consultancy is hiring a mid-level agent to join its busy residential investment and development team. The firm advises private clients, family offices and funds on a range of UK-wide resi-led opportunities — including income-producing assets, development sites (with or without planning), and forward-funding deals.

The Role

Work across the acquisition and disposal of UK residential assets and development sites

Assets could include land, HMO blocks, co-living, PBSA, suburban schemes or mixed-use portfolios

Advise repeat private and international clients on buying and selling across the UK

Take ownership of deals, manage files, and contribute to pipeline growth
The Person

3–5 years’ experience in land, residential investment, or development agency

Comfortable leading transactions and running deals from end to end

Transactional, client-facing and commercial — you’re not just doing the legwork

Comes from a residential agency, land consultancy, developer or boutique advisory firm
