Job Description
We’re supporting a growing professional services firm as they strengthen their footprint in a specialist part of the healthcare business sales market. With an established national team and strong reputation in the space, they’re now looking for a Business Agent to lead on transactions across the South West region.
This is a client-facing, deal-orientated role where you'll be responsible for building relationships, managing business sales from instruction through to completion, and developing new opportunities across a well-defined niche.
What you'll be doing:

Taking the lead on business sale mandates across the region – from instruction through to deal

Building relationships with operators, buyers and professional advisors

Prospecting and pitching for new instructions

Liaising with valuation, marketing and agency colleagues to manage listings

Negotiating terms and progressing transactions through to completion
About you:

Background in commercial property, residential agency or business sales or experience in the healthcare or professional services sector

Comfortable managing a territory and working autonomously

Commercial, proactive and relationship-driven

Organised, articulate, and confident handling deal flow

Driving licence essential
