Job Description

A long-established West End investment firm is entering an exciting new phase. With a fresh brand, new website and a renewed focus on scaling its investment sales platform, the business is looking to hire Investment Sales Brokers to help drive the next chapter of growth.

This is a gritty, off-market-oriented team with more than 20 years’ history and a reputation for punching above its weight – consistently winning instructions in the £5m–£50m price band  across residential and mixed-use assets.

The firm’s portfolio of deals spans HMOs, redevelopment opportunities, income-producing assets, block sales and trophy investments, with a focus on London.

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investment sales and acquisitions, working directly with developers, private investors, family offices and institutional buyers.

The role is suited to energetic, commercially minded brokers / agents who enjoy the fast pace of off-market deals, can spot opportunities and have the drive to originate and close transactions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, reporting directly to senior leadership as the business strengthens and scales its investment sales function.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential or mixed-use investment sales or capital markets.

• A proven track record of closing transactions in the £5m–£50m range.

• Confident networker with strong client-facing skills.

• Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, relationship-driven environment.

• A strong understanding of the London investment market; national experience an advantage.
