A well-established boutique property consultancy is looking to build its commercial investment capability with the hire of a mid-level agent. The business has with strong international and private client links and this is a rare chance to step into a deal-led, entrepreneurial environment and genuinely shape your own desk.

The Role

• Work across UK-wide commercial investment opportunities (retail, office, industrial, long-income, alternatives)

• Support and lead on acquisitions and disposals for private clients, family offices and funds

• Manage transactions from end-to-end — sourcing, structuring, and executing deals

• Help re-establish and grow the commercial investment team, with full leadership backing

The Person

• 3–4+ years’ experience in commercial investment agency or a similar advisory role

• Capable of handling a file independently, not just supporting seniors

• Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient — happy working in a lean, fast-paced environment

• Ideally has some active clients or repeat relationships to bring

• Excited by the opportunity to build something, not just join something
